I need help with 128i lease

Hello i am looking to lease a 128i coupe 12k miles 2500 down. and the prices i am getting per month r ridiculous in my opinion. I am looking to get possibly one of these three cars. Dealerships r telling me about 400+tax. I live in socal and im thinking to pay around 320-330 including tax. What do you guys think? Anyone know a dealer where I can get a good deal near the Los Angles Area.

yes i had seen this, 10k miles about 4500 cash due at signing 320+tax for a car msrpd at around 34k.

Those price advertised are pretty good deals. The dealers don't really like to do them but will.
If you know current MF which is .00180 and residual which is .63 w/12K per year you can figure out your own payment.

when i use the lease calculator it asks for additional costs. what would the additional costs include? when i use the calculator with 500 above invoice, 2500 down and no additional costs i get a payment of 330 including tax.

acquisition fee is $725 but most all dealers charge $925.
Security deposit $500 but you get that back after lease end.

those 2 fees 925+500=1425/36 months = $40 extra per month.

No, put $1,425 at least because they won't move on those 2 fees.
