I am not patronizing just in case, I'm seriously asking, I don't know. You would think you would be allowed to say "resolved."

Anyone know?

Do you keep mileage similarly on your women too?

Um, yes? Nobody else is allowed to "drive" my woman when she's still my woman.

So you go around asking your woman's coworkers if they'd like to sleep with her, for how long and if you could approve it?

What part of "nobody is allowed" was lost on you?

Before you bring in a lawyer, ask for the following.

- full refund of the BS extra charges. The dealer makes plenty on the car selling it at sticker or even ED pricing
- good customer bonus of $1000 to spend at the dealer in parts and accessories
- Free extended warrenty

If they are willing to do all this, I'd keep the car. Otherwise, you could probably make a case with an attorney that the dealer defrauded you and make them take the car back and do a full refund.

Oh, make sure you give really, really bad marks for the dealership, your sales guy etc to BMW when they have you do the survey. BMW NA hates bad publicity. You might also go to your local news station and agree to be interviewed during the nightly news, showing the videos as well. This was a really sleazy move on the part of Pacific.

You would think that if Pacific resolved the problem, they would at least want a statement saying "we resolved it" with the buyer. Right now, these people are absolutely destroying any reputation they might have had. How dumbass can you be? When I was in young and had a job in a dept. store our manager told me some cliche which I have lived by for many years:

" A mistake, is an opportunity to shine" These people made a mistake, bordering on fraud and they are still just handling it so poorly IMO. The longer it drags out the longer it will take people to forget, etc.

2 cents.

Thanks for giving us an update. Sorry it was you but it could have been anyone of us.

You know, we can legally protest in front of the dealer! We should get a group of us after Cars and Coffee and protest in front of the place. I'm sure an hour of peaceful protest on the busiest selling day would have an impact. How about it 1M community. Let's practice some free speech and let Pacific know how we feel! I'll buy donuts and coffee for everyone that shows up! This is bunk and Pacific is getting away with it!

How about Saturday Oct. 1 after cars and coffee? A couple of signs with the newspaper articles and how they hid it from icasio until story got out.

Let me know, I am there!

I better find out where it is too! : ) I know it's in LA.

It would be cool if we can band together for an hour and let them know how we feel about this kind of stuff.

What about iCasio, how do you feel about it?

Here's the update I bet:

You guys got all up in arms by what is in all proportion not that big of a deal. The idiots got fired, the guy who bought the car with a big markup got a $2k back and still paid well over MSRP, but he's happy anyways, if he start thinking about it all he has to do is mash the gas pedal to the floor and he instantly starts smiling and reminds himself of how glad he is that he could get that car.

there ya go!

So, as of today the issue has been officially, "satisfactorily resolved." Their words not mine if you get my drift. This whole fiasco has taken over a month and half. Even though I'm not happy about how any of this was handled, I have to say that it does feel like a weight has been taken off my shoulders.

Thanks for all the feedback and advice during this all.

I'm guessing the satisfactory resolution has stipulations about you not being able to discuss said resolution? Either way, I'm glad it worked out.

Thanks for the foreplay, and now tell us what the "satisfactory resolution" was.

One man's "satisfactory resolution" is another man's definition of "prison love".
