Seems that this thread is going off topic......

I think that these wheels in black are now available without the red stripe as someone in Germany got a set for his 1 Series hatch, direct from Breyton Germany, in black without the red stripe in 7.5" ET45 & 8.5" ET48

Not sure if these are available in US yet though?

Not the best pics

Yeah, I wouldn't mind being able to pick up a full-black set. I'd have to paint the red line off anyway. Like the OP, I've blacked out most of the rest of the car. Only the wheels are left, and the red stripe goes against my intended aesthetic.

I like them in all black but for a black car with tint shadow line and grills all in black it is just too much black and the red stripe is a nice break up to it and sets it off. For another color then all black works great.

You are correct Jim. Texaskid indicated he had four defective wheels. TR requested him to send them back for inspection. He said he did not have another set of wheels and demanded that TR send him another new set at TRs cost. TR balked and said they needed to inspect them and determine if they were defective vs. damaged. If defective either money back or new ones would be in order. Texaskid would not work with TR and TR did not budge. Now Texaskid paid out of his pocket to repair the four wheels professionally. Now those repaired wheels are for sale on this site and he has been rolling on his other wheels.

That pretty much sums it up. If the wheels were really defective, I don’t think I would have taken that route. Those wheels would have been shipped back ASAP for a refund.

Now back to the regularly scheduled soap box.

For the looks, weight, cost, and fitment, I don't think there is a better wheel out there. They definitely are getting a little played out but there is a reason they are so popular!! I love mine and still havent found a better option...

@Gill I tried ordering these online a few days ago, but it says they won't fit my 135i. The only options it gives are the chrome and matte grey colors. How can I order the black with red stripe ones?

Trust me, the conversations would be very different. TireCrap is a shit company that I will never deal with again.
i agree not quality tirerack is not place you buy your rims for your bmw the breytons yeah i like them there quailty but look at the other choices garbageeeeeee......its a spot for civics not true tuners i dont think anyone with a 2010 m3 is buying rims from there no there buying iforged hint forged.....kinesis real quality companys just wait until mine comes.....those stock m wheels that are made by german engineers at bmw did a fine job with them im not rushing to waste money on wheels over my m ones and if i am they better be forged.....upgrade not down grade helllllooo....shemoss

On the original topic, it's about stinkin time Breyton offered the wheels without the stripe. Why not the grey ones yet?
