I love S2k's, my cousin had one I tried every which way to see if I would fit but unfortunately they are too small and uncomfortable for me. Another cousin has an earlier Miata and I am very uncomfortable in the passenger seat let alone driving it! When it comes to sports cars it sucks to be tall. I tried a 370Z and Jag F-Type, both were too small, most of the 2 door coupes I'm comfortable in are sporty GT's (M4, RS5, etc).
Btw, the black 135i in Sunnyvale sold a few days ago. Carmax Fairfield had a 2011, 61k miles black/red, DCT asking price was in the teens don't remember the exact number. Sold within a day or so of being listed. |

I've a 2013 135i Convertible E88, 45k miles and change, good condition, clean title FS. No "mods", no chips, no racing, no track, or anything else. Was my DD; after some life changes I need an SUV now. I am the original owner.
BMW has done the following: - Firmware updates to fix DCT shifting (it's now excellent, no hesitation) - Engine work at 10k miles or so, fixed under warranty - $1100 in repairs (bumper, rear park sensors) after being tapped from the rear at 5 mph - 45k miles: new Pilot Super Sports in back (fronts are fine) and realignment I will be doing the following soon: - Repairs on the driver's side door actuator (to get it fixed) The BMW dealership (at 45k, the tire change) says oil is leaking, but I've never seen evidence of this (either by gauge, by "the ground", or by computer alert), so I'm just watching this for now. This is a 2013 Limited Edition 135i Convertible. Major additions include: - BMW Navigation system, BMW 2020 map update - Audio upgraded to Harmon Kardon - Leather (Tobacco Brown Boston leather, contrasting white stitches) - beautiful! - Upgraded paint (mineral white metallic unique color) - Heated seats, power seats - Convenience package (keyless entry) - DCT - Convertible top works perfectly; brown top (beautiful) The windshield has a ding in it (photos available); there are small to tiny scratches in 2 parts of the car commensurate with car's age. Otherwise, the car is in excellent exterior and interior condition. Non-smoker. No pets. No scents. Located in Houston, Texas. Available for Facetime "walkabouts" to show off the car if desired. https://www.motorauthority.com/news/...detroit-lineup ...has some more info on the Limited Edition lineup.
