Currently I am thinking about stickers and some kind of graphics... But it is really hard on VO.

Other stuff planed: short shifter, DREXLER LSD, custom made ECU remap, lowering of driver seat.

+1 on the BMW short shift kit and the performance shift knob as well. I have one on my car and I absolutely love it. Completely changes the feel of the shifting as well. It requires more effort to get the car into each gear but it feels chunky and more sporty. The gear knob itself is awesome as well.

Epic car by the way! Love all the underbody CF stuff.

The Drexler LSD part would be very interesting.

I am sure you know what you are doing since you always did with your 1M but just a friendly word of caution: do not over mod it, hold yourself when you can! I think it is almost perfection the way it stands now, one of the well balanced modded cars. Among the stuff you mention, the most relevant for 1M imho is lowering the driver seat if you can, especially for taller/bigger folks. Why would anyone desire a different shifter and especially a different lsd other than the sophisticated and perfectly matching ones already in 1M is beyond my understanding.

Do you have any rubbing in the rears due to the et20 of the wheels and the 275/35 tires?

Really nice looking car. The front tire, especially, looks a might stretched: Is that (those) wheel(s) wider than stock?

It shouldn't be...the VS8.2 front fitment for M3/1M is 9x19 et 22. The rear is 10x19 et20.

Ok Ozi, I fully understand your recommendation. I am definitely aware of ANY kind of "over"modification. Also thank you for your valuation of my car As for these planed things:

Lowering seat: my performance seats are mounted in lower position but it is still not enough low. I am 197 cm (6.4 feet) tall and want to fit in car properly with helmet (occasional track use). In addition, I would like to seat little bit lower to better feel my car.

Short shifter: honestly, soft and muddy feeling of gear shift lever is one of most annoying things that still residues in my car. Amongs that I have problems with downshifting from 3 to 2 - when driving really hard I often go close to reverse (mainly due to bad positioned R - left against resistance). So I expect more accurate and rigid shift ways from short shifter. And that could be path to improve my downshifts 3-2

Drexler LSD: My local shop Senkyr is specialized in preparing true BMW race/sport cars. They change LSD virtually in all their cars. Mainly for one reason: stock BMW LSD changes his behavior during breaking, cornering and accelerating. Increasing and reducing his lock ratio is welcome for daily driving. But when it comes to track or hard driving most of us prefer harder and more predictable thing.

Custom ECU remap: mainly due to different gasoline composition here in Europe and fine tuning based on measuring engine in my car.

No, it fits just perfect in 1M fenders. I had minor issues with overlapped parts of RevoZport side skirts. They have 2-3 cm part that interfere with the fenders. I had to cut 1 cm strip of that part (which is moreover useless).

Thanks for taking your time to provide these clarifications above; like I said you obviously know what you want for your car

Just a point: it might be wiser to first lower the seat to give you an ideal driving position and after that you re-evaluate the shifter issues you have, because some of your problems with the shifting may be just your height and less than ideal driving position you seem to suffer.

I am just 1.74, I don't even like a very low seating position and I have manual seats which are lower but I still feel that I could seat a bit lower so at 1.97 you must be feeling like you are driving a SUV.

Absolutely beyond sick, and that goes double for having a car like that in eastern Europe!
