That's amazing. I wish I could get that car. I had to go get married last year. Now I'm loosing my coupe and my manual transmission. Probably be in a X5 by the end of the summer.

BMW Canada presents pricing for two all-new models at the Canadian International Auto Show

17.02.2011Press Release
Richmond Hill, ON. BMW Canada today revealed pricing for two of its newest models at the Canadian International Auto Show.

The 1 Series M Coupé continues the long tradition of BMW cabriolets. With its 400 horsepower V8 engine, it promises to capture the hearts of Canadian driving enthusiasts when it arrives at BMW retailers in spring 2011. The all-new BMW 1 Series M Coupé will start at $53,600.

With the all-new X1, BMW further expands its Sports Activity Vehicle line-up. Arriving in BMW retailers in April, 2011, the MSRP of the X1 will be $38,500.

Further pricing details will be provided closer to the launch of each vehicle.
I guess the canuck version comes with a 400 HP v8 and in cabrio format? LOL

Great deal, compared to other Canadian base prices,
only
$200 more than a 335i coupe
but
$5200 less than a 335is coupe
$700 less than a Z4 sDrive 3.0i
$10,300 less than a Z4 sDrive 3.5i
$24,300 less than a Z4 sDrive 3.5is
$16,700 less than a M3 Sedan
$18,100 less than a M3 Coupe

The other thread shows full load 1M in USA is 54k. And that is only base msrp in canada. Well i guess the gap isn't as big as buying M3 or something more expensive so people should be happy and thank BMW Canada for such a "bargain" pricing. @@

That would be a fun typo, cannot wait to see what the dyno says about this statement.

Maybe they will include an additional 2-cylinders in the Truck as extras.

Over 60k loaded. I certainly expected worse, to be honest. Not jumping for joy at over 60 tho.

Maybe time to resume looking for a Z4 M Coupe, especially since it's supposedly sold out already...
