Haha, you're right. I didn't realize there were 2 1M deliveries going on until I drove around and saw your car. Is yours on a boat yet?

Nice. Will do.

I live, only 250 km from Paris, but myself or one of my friends, would never drive a car through Paris, it's really insane the traffic there!!

The original plan was to drive from the b&b near the nurburgring straight to the car drop-off at CDG airport, therefore avoiding having to drive the car in the city. Well, we ended up leaving a bit late and by the time we were near Paris, the drop-off was closed. So we were forced to drive to the hotel in the center of Paris. Luckily the staff at the hotel were able to find a grocery store nearby that had underground parking. I parked it overnight and the next morning drove it to the airport drop-off. I was just glad I didn't have to park it on the street overnight.

No hating since I own an M3 but wouldn't say lucky just a little much for a first car; however to each is own. Congrats. Also at the OP, Munich streets are mild compared to Paris. have to say you had guts to drive a new 40,000+ car in Paris.

track and trace, all users, enter you VIN as cargo ID. It will only show up if it's on a boat already.

Not sure if I read your post correctly, but this definitely isn't my 1st car, it's my 1st NEW car.

Paris was definitely an adventure. I had a few moments

Taking the brand-new 1M to Paris: ballsy

Did you know that the locals actually use the bumpers to park their cars?

Yea, most bumpers in Paris are all chewed up. Glad I might it out with no damage.

OP, Paesano! Awesome pics and must have been a great trip. I'd do it again if I ever get another new BMW for sure. I drove my M3 after deliver down to Rome and my home town of Civitavecchia on the West coast of Italy. Then did Monaco and Nice, Switzerland and up to England where I was stationed. Did plenty of laps at Nurburgring too. Sure is a treat of a life time to drive our cars in Europe.

good luck with it and take great care of it!
