Update to LCU blackline taillights

My car already had the blackline taillights when I got it, so I really never paid attention to it until a few days ago that my wife drove it and I was able to see it . Thats when I noticed something weird and after googling for some pictures on 135i I figure it out!

Standing lights
Rear log light: dimmed
Brake light: dimmed
Aux brake light: dimmed
LED striped: Dimmed

While braking
Rear log light: dimmed
Brake light: fully on
Aux brake light: fully on
LED striped: fully on

I checked the connections and realized that my car did not have the wire to power the LED stripes ( my car is originally an LCI halogen base car ) so the previous owner just guetto wire jump the LED stripes to the aux brakes lines, which technically works in lighting up the LED but it just looks weird and also when driving the vibration can cause the LEDs to flicker.

I decided to make the lights work correctly to obtain the following OEM behaviour

Standing lights
Rear log light: off
Brake light: off
Aux brake light: off
LED striped: ON

While braking
Rear log light: off
Brake light: fully on
Aux brake light: fully on
LED striped: ON

On my NFRM I changed the following:
WL_NSL
nicht_aktiv (Disable rear halogen foglights being used as welcome lights)

PWM_RL_BL_FKT_SL
wert_02 (Disable rear halogen sidelights being used as standing light)

PWM_NSL_FKT_SL
wert_01 (Disable rear halogen foglights being used as standing lights)

PWM_BFD_FKT_SL
wert_01 (Disable rear aux brakes being used as standing lights)

I ordered from ebay a connector with wires so I can savage and re use the terminals.

Tap the voltage line for the license plate you can use an inline split no need to cut any wire, you need to locate the Gray/Brown wire, there are two of the same color, you need to tap into the slightly ticker one.

Run a new line to the new terminal on the headlight connector for each side, for the driver side I removed the trunk trim and routed it underneath, and voila now it works at it is supposed to be.
