As far as the BEST number for a N52 (the 128i racecar AA tuned) He's down 15whp/tq. (but that's on the dynojet he tested on, hard to compare different dynos) What really matters is how it runs/drives.
Interesting, would I get a decent sound increase from replacing the secondaries with the SS straight pipe with my current setup of no resonator and the 135i muffler?

Only one way to find out! Maybe that is why you are not seeing the gains that the N52 guys are seeing with your AA headers.
Next year I'm custom fabb'ing my exhaust so I'll replace them with 100 cell hi-flow cats and we'll see.

Well...Let's not get carried away, but 10-15whp at most. I'm still trying to make things work.

Honestly, that's hard for me to say. So yeah, it will be louder for sure, but that depends on muffler choices.

Well, that's disappointing. Axiom already warned me that a straight pipe exhaust with a 17x4.5" Burns glasspak is going to be a problem with a daily. So this doesn't help me maintain the delusion that it'll be just fine. dammit...

Well I'm dumping at the rear differential too so probably isn't helping, but you will not me quiet with a 17" burns...that will be loud.

Now let me say this, when you're cruising the car is actually okay. But any throttle and my rear window starts to shake

This might help. Granted it has broken in "slightly" but nothing of significant difference

And, worse, the muffler gets piped to a Y that has the original PE tips welded to it so the car looks stock. OK, a tiny bit more stock...

Good to hear it'll still be ok when cruising, understood that use of throttle is going to be the problem. Makes it a bit more difficult than it was to be discreet with the clutch from hell.

Didn't expect hearing about the rear window shaking, that'll be interesting. The rear of the car is gutted with the trunk open to the cabin so I suppose it'll be even worse. Worth it though.

And your video sounds great, that's the sound the car should always have made, thanks.

To the wheel. The car is 196 - 209 to the wheel to before the mod. looking for another 50 + to the wheel so more like 70 + Hp should get that with 3 stage, euro air box and headers. exhaust will be a small part once the headers are in. stock exhaust is ok Tune is most important
