HPFP died again, will BMW replace for free a second time?

I have a 09 135i and I am fairly certain that my HPFP died again. Car just died suddenly while driving, SES and engine malfunction light illuminated. Now car wont start and just cranks and cranks. 29DC code is present.

My car already had the SI B13 13 10 recall performed and the HPFP was replaced back in 2011. Will BMW perform the recall again for free or am I on my own?

HPFP related warranty was extended to 10 years or 120,000 miles. Contact your local dealer ASAP.

Update: My high pressure pump was replaced under warranty a second time with no issue, just tell them you have long cranks otherwise they may not replace it.

Did they bother asking any other details or mentioning anything they'll want to diagnose / test before honoring it or was it simply "hey it takes a while to crank" and they took it in no questions?

I'm wondering if they care if the car has a light for it or not

They will want to diagnose the problem no matter what before its a warranty claim. My wife's 335 just had its 4th HPFP installed with about 118k miles on it. Once they found the problem was the pump, replaced with no questions asked.
