Dimsport Mygenius tune issue

Hey all, I'm running into the following issue while trying to write tune to car, reading went fine and I have double checked my connections.

The car is on a charger.

Maybe my handheld needs updating?

Thoughts?

Updated MyGenius device software, issue appears resolved. Successfully recovered and wrote tune to car. Sorry for original post, I was panicking.....

Which tune utilizes Dimsport hand held?

Tune was by BPC, after that little hiccup the car is performing beautifully. AA appears to just use a rebranded version of the dimsport.

I just checked and looks like BPC has come out with some new tech that is more feature packed.
