Can't register 2010 vehicle in BMW USA.com

Mine just switched to En Route according to the 1-800 number. Is the only way to get the ship information from my CA? I sent him an email to ask.

Yeah, as KOJ said, definitely don't give up. My car got to the dealership in NJ within 48 hours of the boat docking.

CA just called... car is at the processing center and could be released at any moment to the carrier (<1hr trip to dealer). They then take a day to prep the car at the dealer then it's game time. Friday looks to be the earliest day and they don't do Saturday deliveries so I may be looking at Monday.

Not that anyone cares either, but after creating a new account on the BMWUSA site since my existing login resulted in "Application Error" every time I used it, I noticed that my production status is actually fairly up to date. It has been within a day that it reflects what the phone system states. Pretty cool.

Now if I could only get a reply from my CA regarding the ship name, I'd be all good.

Zero.

Most dealers will get the car and prep it for delivery which is typically a day or so. Neither of ours appear to have been released to a trucking carrier so we're looking at Monday at the earliest. Mine is scheduled to be released on Monday. If your dealer does Saturday deliveries then there's a very slim chance you could get it then but I'm thinking early next week.

That should be the easiest thing to get... it takes them 10 seconds to pull it up on the computer.

We are probably on the same boat but I can't get my CA to answer his email either... so I don't know the name of it.

My car is actually going to the east coast, so different boats I believe. I'm sure my CA will email me back soon, he's always responding at weird hours.

We'll race and see who actually gets theirs first

The prep center is at the port. BMW processes all of the cars through their prep center then sends them to the dealers for their own prep prior to delivery. Early next week...

First real post here. My '10 was also on the Don Pasquale that hit NY on the 21st. Dealer in NY said they are scheduled to receive it also on Monday the 28th.

Don't be... it's even more agonizing when your car is sitting an hour away from you for more than a week with no sign of delivery. Spoke to my CA this morning and it was released to the trucking company. Looks like Wed will be the earliest delivery date...

Mine was released to the trucking company today from the port in Brunswick. Expected delivery at the dealership is 10/1. If all goes well, maybe in my hands on friday...excellent...

my build sheet shows me all the options I ordered.

the website doesnt list them all. its missing my comfort access, is the website just broken, or am i gonna have a car show up missing comfort access

This has been addressed ad nauseum... the website is almost always incorrect and often excludes several options.
