Yes, your 135i is pre-wired for the alarm. It is a very simple install.

Assuming it's in great shape, I'll take it for $60. Can meet you tomorrow after work or over the weekend with cash in hand.

Or even tonight if it's before 11...

Sure...

The BMW factory alarm is a plug-and-play system designed for the 135i and 128i that is pre-wired from the factory for the alarm.

It consists of a under hood switch that connects to a plug waiting in the engine bay. Takes about 2 min to install that part.

There is also a motion/shock sensor that fits in the rear dome light. The wire and plug is also just waiting to be plugged in as well. Takes about 5 min to install this part.

Finally is the actual siren/brain for the alarm. It installs in a cubby hole under the liner in the rear driver side wheel well. Just need to undo a few plastic fasteners and pull the liner down a bit, and you can see where the siren fits with two bolts. Takes about 10 min.

Overall the install is very easy, and activates the "clown nose" under the rear-view mirror, and gives a nice cherp to let you know when the doors lock and unlock.

No, that was with the factory suspension. Thanks for pointing that out actually.

The Performance suspension lowers the 1er about half an inch more than what you see in the top pics. Perfect drop IMO.

It was the Meisterschaft GT axle-back exhaust. I sold it locally.

ok, because I called an installer and he said new bmw's usually come with an alarm system, but I never really noticed one on mine, it's an 09. He said it would activate if someone tried to break into the window, not any other shock related incident. I'm looking for something that makes noise if someone tries to touch my baby, will this do? If so, does it come with it's own alarm keypad or does it activate from the keyless entry bmw remote? Can I get some closer pictures of this as well, very interested?

I know 08' 135i's were pre-wired for the factory alarm system.

Here is how you can check if yours is pre-wired.

Look under the hood near the top where the hood seals to the engine bay on the driver side. You will see a wire attached and taped right next to the seal with a plastic cap on the plug. This is where the "hood switch" mounts to detect if someone tampers with the engine bay when locked.

The BMW factory alarm that I am selling does have a "shock sensor" that will detect if someone bumps into your car, or breaks a window. It even has a motion sensor that is mounted in the rear dome light.

Once the alarm is mounted, the "clown nose" below the rearview mirrow will blink when locked. Also, you will hear the alarm chirp when you lock/unlock the car.

WELL worth the $150 price I am asking. Ask anyone who has it.

The motion sensor will not go off if someone walks by your car. Also, if you car does not beep/chirp when you lock it...it DOSENT have the factory alarm. The alarm uses your factory key/fob remote, and dosent need an extra remote.

I can take some more pics for you tonight.
