Yeah man me too, Can84 was supposed to modify an M6 grill to fit the slats in the 1M, donno what he did so far.
Its a fairly easy job to be done on mass and would sell like hot cakes

There was some guy on here who had a 3D printer and this was my suggestion for a great use... Wish someone would make it happen soon.

It appears the photoshopped version is using the grill option including night vision which has an extra wide slot on the driver's side (LHD) for the camera.
You may want to duplicate the non NV grill for uniformity, unless you plan have NV retrofitted as well! (Difficult task for an option not receiving great reviews in the F10 forum...)
