Question Yet another N52 spark plug thread (+ fluid help)

Alright so I tried searching for the answer and I got like 6 different ones so I'm at a loss here. I have a 2008 128i with an N52 and it's about to hit 80k so it's due for spark plugs. Which ones should I use?? I've been seeing people recommend NGK over Bosch, but which ones?

RealOEM says NGK PLZFR6A-11S (5987). I've heard seen others recommend over these, updated design maybe?

Then there's the NGK 6619, some reviews on amazon say they work fine in the N52. Thoughts?

PS. I live in Florida where it's about as hot as the sun, and the coldest it gets in MAYYYYYYBE high 40s in the deep winter. Which trans fluid should I use? I'm leaning towards Redline MT-90. Seems like its thicker than ATFD4/6.

I have a 2009 128i and replaced my spark plugs 2 months ago with NGK PLZFR6A-11S (5987) from Amazon. No problems with them at all. They came pre-gapped but I checked each one prior to install and they were all good. BTW, my car came with Bosch plugs form the factory and acted up around 50k miles. Switching to the NGK's fixed my hesitation and rough idle.
