N55 Cold Start Wastegate Rattle Fix

Is there anything that will get rid of that damn annoying noise on cold starts? I have a stock tune, no MHD or JB4 (which I know have some software settings to mitigate it a bit).

Picked up my car today from BMW... exhaust sounded fantastic in the carport drop-off area, but that damn rattle noise bothers me so much.

I can hear it at slow speeds right after I start the car as well (if it's been sitting for an hour or so)... it's really faint but I can hear it when it's reflected back at me. No performance issues however, car seems to boost and pull fine.

Just wondering if there's anything I can do aside from replacing the turbo unit. Seems silly to spend all that money over a noise when there's no other issue with it.

Sounds similar to this... I'll try to get a video up at some point but it's most noticeable when the car is cold.

Like I said, no performance issues or anything like that.

I know what you mean, it's super annoying. I haven't found anything to resolve it but haven't looked to hard either, would be curious if anyone else has figured it out.
