Will style 138 wheels fit? Looks?

I found some 17x7.5 et wheels off a 5 series. Will they fit. I just need one for a spare but eventually will buy a winter set of tires. Thoughts on looks and fit?

Like those a lot! I'd been thinking about getting 138s to use as my winter wheels, but then got a great deal on four used aftermarket wheels with Blizzaks already mounted. It's too much hassle to change now.

No reason they shouldn't work fine on your 128.

Right on ty. I was worried about a wider wheel up front. I have a 128i sport with a staggered setup. I have a civic for winter weather and when the weather is rainy. I dont really need a winter set, but if I sell my civic Id buy a winter set

Ended up picking the wheels up havent mounted yet, but from my research 5 series cars with x drive habe similiar offset et 43 vs 47 hopefully close enough. I measured them from the front esge of the wheel to the mounting surface on the rotor and they are very close.....measured backwards because I didnt want to take the wheel off my car.

Can't wait to see how the wheels fit/look.

Just saw this thread. I'm curious whether you mounted the wheels yet. According to realoem, the style 138 wheel as used on an E60 528i has ET 20 which is way less than the E82 calls for. I also see that the 528 xi uses style 138 with ET 43, which should be somewhat suitable. Need to verify if the wheels are from a RWD or AWD version, I guess. The center bore is the same size on 5ers as 1/3 series, so no problem there!

I have not mounted yet. I just bought them to have a spare in the trunk. I'll have a tire this week and I'll test fit it. Later I may buy a set of winter tires.
