Thanks Kris, didn't think I'd survive the wait, but the day has finally come.

Driving home via the Tasman Highway that has about 6 stages of Targa Tasmania on it, so as you can imagine, I'm going to have a lot of fun on my first drive!:biggrin::biggrin:

Good one, d3syd. I drove from Strahan to Devonport in the dark on my one and only trip to Tassie a couple of years ago and felt like I was driving the damned Targa, I tell you. That was in a Commodore sedan hire car too, not a 135! Watch out for those wombats!

LOL, yes lots of furry wildlife on the road over here. The amount of roadkill still amazes me over here. Fortunately, except for echidnas and birds, the rest of the critters tend to come out at night.
