Hi all,

I purchased my car from a seller through the 1Addicts forums 4 years ago. I decided to sell it a few weeks ago as I don't drive it enough and I thought it would be nice to pass it on through the forum again to someone looking for one of these rare cars in the SoCal area.

General Overview:

I purchased this car after posting a WTB post here on the forums, and a seller reached out to me in the DMs. I purchased the car at about 59k miles, and have put 6k miles on it in 4 years. The car was driven about 1x per month. It just crossed 65k the other day. The only modification I've done to the car was to swap the stock exhaust with a BMW 135i Performance Exhaust. This car has been garaged its entire life, and I only washed it using a waterless wash system in my garage with distilled water and Optimum No Rinse. It was kept on a CTek trickle charger while not in use. It's sitting on Continental Tires with about 80% tread life left, and I have a set of run-flats that will be included with the sale of the car with 70% tread life. The brakes are at 9mm in the front, and 7mm in the back. Plenty of life left. Also included is the original exhaust which I kept. Overall this car was babied, perhaps a bit too much. The next lucky owner will be getting a mint 128i M Sport that's been on the west coast its entire life. (see carfax video in Google Drive)

Options: Xenons w/ Fog Lights, Harmon Kardon speakers, iDrive, Sunroof, Comfort Package (Keyless Entry), Park Distance Sensors
Modifications: Clutch Delay Valve Delete, BMW 135i Performance Exhaust, windows were tinted by the previous owner.
Maintenance: Only major maintenance item I completed during ownership was the power steering pump. Shortly after bringing it home, the power steering pump was whining, and I had it replaced with an OEM pump. I have records for all fluid changes, spark plugs, recalls etc. I just completed the PCV heater recall.
Blemishes / Minor Issues: Car has a ding on the trunk lid above 3rd brake light. This was here when I purchased the car, can be PDR'd. Minor scratch on left side skirt toward the bottom of the car. Can't see it unless you look. There is a dead moth stuck in the back left brake light, didn't want to break any water-tight seals to attempt to remove it. There are a few small rock chips on the front hood. Drill holes in the bumper for the front plate were done by the factory. Slight wear on the left driver's side bolster on the sport seat.

This reminds me of a car that I almost bought in Las Vegas, with the dent on the trunk. Makes me wonder if it's the same car.

Edit: Wow, surprise, it is the same car. September 28th 2018. I almost bought this car from BMW of Las Vegas. Still have the emails back and forth. Nice to see how well it has appreciated!

Wow, this is good to know, I have a 6mt 128i with 70k miles and full service history coming on sale soon! Will likely list for about the same with arc8s and bilstein b14 coilovers, all almost new (under 1k miles). Taking pics this weekend and listing!

Keep in mind that there’s a significant premium on M Sports and Lemans blue.
