Problem with My BMW Assist

Having a problem with my BMW Assist. When I try to send an address to the car through Google maps, Google says the message was delivered, but the car doesn't actually receive it. And when I try to contact BMW Assist customer service through the car, it doesn't connect. So clearly, my car has lost its connection with BMW Assist. Both BMW Assist and the dealer tell me I need to bring the car in - that it's probably a problem with the car. But I'm guessing it's really just an issue with my account that BMW Assist needs to correct.

Anyone here had this problem before?

Dealer has had the car for 3 days, and can't figure it out. Any suggestions???
