Alarm Question

Looking to pickup an alarm for my 2008 coupe.

Ebay has provided two options that seem like good deals... These seem cheaper than the ALARM HOWTO threads. What am I missing can anyone tell by the partnumbers? (horn, mounting brackets et)

I know the coupe is different, but can't figure this one out. Seems too good to be true?
