Not hitting boost target and corrections on all cylinders

My n55 135i is not hitting the boost target and missing it by a fair bit, I'm also getting quite a lot of corrections at the top end. Would love if someone could shed some light on the problems I may be having

Running MHD OTS stage 1 95RON (v1.84) map using 98RON fuel and the car is completely stock.

Things I've changed prior to this:

Brand new bosch coils and OEM bosch plugs (prior to MHD)
New pressure converter as the previous one started to make a loud buzzing/humming sound.

turn traction control off, don't do logs in anything under 3rd gear. you'll get cleaner results.
