FS: F8X BBK for E82 - 370mm & 345mm
Selling my BBK from my 1 series. BRAKES: F80/F30 BMW Performance BBK in yellow. These are a DIRECT bolt on kit! You can read how in the DIY section. This kit is ready to go! This kit will include everything, including the correct pad wear sensor for the 1 series retrofit. The only part that will not be included is the front brake shields. The calipers have some imperfections from idiot technicians removing wheels but nothing to crazy, priced accordingly. Rotors and pads both have plenty of life left. should get you through the summer with the occasional track day. $1,700 + shipping -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EXTRAS: Hawk HPS 5.0 front pads for BBK: Brand new never installed - $120 shipped ECS Exact Fit Stainless brake lines: All in good shape, middle lines never installed. All grommets included. $100 shipped Last edited by E30ROB; 03-17-2019 at 05:09 PM.. |

Let me get this right, F30/F80 BBK kits are bolt on to E82's? The E9X require mod to the spindle and calipers.

You can look into my statistics for my DIY on it. Ive already done to necessary modifications to make this a bolt on process. I had to add a time sert to the rear calipers to step down from an M14 threaded hole to an M12 threaded hole and run a 1/8th inch washer between the spindle and rear caliper. Other than that, no machining, spacers, or custom adapters are required to run the kit. Simple ass a time sert to the rear calipers and a small washer to position the caliper in line with the rotor. |
