the puffing sound. In the video it sounds a bit like ticking but it definitely was more of a puff puff puff puff puff puff. It is in unison with the ticking

Sounds like the evap purge valve, goes away with a little blip of the throttle right? Harmless despite the noise

Precisely. But then comes right back when idling for a couple seconds.

What is the evaporation purge valve doing to make this sound. Haven't heard it before.

I couldn't tell you to be honest, but I've had this on my current 135 and a 335 I used to own with no ill effects.

I believe it hangs off the intake manifold by the throttle body and would be a cheap replacement.
