Seat Falling Apart

I had issues with with my seatbelt rubbing up against my drivers seat and leaving it marked up pretty badly after the car was ony a year old.

They doctored it up and made it look a little better but it wasn't fixed and wasn't going to get better as time went on, so i wasn't really happy but whatever.

So then, after the car was a little over 2 years old the seems in the drivers seat began to seperate, as you can see in the photo.

So they looked at it and agreed to fix it under warranty. They needed to order parts from Germany so it took a couple weeks but now it looks good and whatever they replaced it also replaced the part with teh seatbelt wear.

Anyone else have problems with the leather on their seats?
