how to adjust lumbar/back in the sport seat?
I have experimented with various lumbar support/recline combinations but I just cannot seem to get comfortable in long drives. Any tips?

Nothing specific, but these seats are adjustable in more ways than I ever imagined seats adjusting. Surely there is a combo that works for you. For me, I like the lumbar set somewhat low in the back and with moderate extension.

My back starts to hurt on long drives as I can't seem find the right seating position for my self either. I do love the thigh extensions and side bolstering, though!

I had no issues after 900-mile trip in the 1er however my previus E46 killed my back after just a couple hours. I found what worked for me was re-adjusting the seat to a new position every hour or if my back started bothering me
