You mean Berk's car? Why wouldn't it be considered "street class'? I'd pull the stickers off, but you could commute in that car with no problems.

Well it's got a roll cage and I'll assume harnesses instead of the stock seatbelts. That is not street legal in California. I doubt the exhaust system is street legal either. Plus at 3200 lbs including cage, it's probably missing a good portion of the interior.

I had a car with a similar setup and drove it to and from the track. I worried about cops the whole way though. In CA they can impound and crush your car for mods they suspect are used in "racing"

I'm sure it's sweet on the track though. But... again... "street class"!!
