Non-RFT?
If I go with a non-RFT with stock suspension set up will the car feel to sloppy? Is the fix for this the m3 rear subframe bushings?

IMO it will not totally fix it. The non-rft does not have the stiff side wall to do the job on hard corners as the tire will flex...you will still feel that body roll and "sloppy" feel...

I felt this "sloppy" feel when I went to a non-rft tire. The car did not feel as tight cornering.
I am currently running Conti Extreme DW's but they are starting to wear out and I may go back to the OEM Bridgestone's when they do. I already have the fronts so only have the rears to buy. Next year I'll probably go back to a non-rft like the Bridgestone RE11 or Michlelin PSS. Last edited by PA135i; 03-16-2013 at 09:41 PM.. |
