TRC & Costco MF towels

Purchased some MF towels from Costco and The Rag Company. Both passed the CD scratch test with flying colors. People seemed to have mixed reviews online about the gold Costco/Kirkland towels. Guess the quality has changed over time. This latest batch I picked up seems like a great deal for the $. They have been lintless for me while detailing my cars last week. Overall pretty happy with them.

Just picked up these green towels from TRC cause I wanted to switch to waterless spray on car washes. California has been clamping down lately so I thought it would be responsible to switch. Compared to the Costco towels the fibers are much longer on the long side and much shorter on the short side. Figured I would need the longer fibers if I was going to wipe off dirt and grime with just the Chemical Guys eco smart spray wash.

The TRC towels are undoubtedly of a higher quality. We'll see how both do over time.
