Just recently paid a visit to Charlie@McKennaBMW, and wanted to say that I had a great experience with him. By far one of the best service advisors I have worked with. I had some warranty work that needed to be completed, and we were able to diagnose the issue within the morning and fix it by the end of the day for something that generally takes the whole weekend.
In addition, he was able to find a significant issue with the oil housing gasket that was at the time unknown. We were also able to fix it by end of day. For any BMW repairs, warranty work, etc... hit up Charlie@McKennaBMW. Thanks again Charlie!! |
