Sorry, man, I forgot to call you back... Yeah, there were some issues with the oil change. If I ever make it over to a particular Toyota dealer in Troy, I'm going to slap their service department guys in the face.

Anyway, I'm assume things went well? When are you going to be out next? I really wanna see this thing in action; however, I've never been in something quite so quick and nimble, so I'll be anxious to see how my body would react...

I know it's a little ways from you, but I've sent numerous people to these guys and was recommended to them originally by a long list of happy customers: Sun-Shade Window Tinting. Regarding $$, your best bet is to call and ask - it's car-dependent, but their prices have always been fair.

Run a search - Shawn (0002s) took his car there and I believe he's quite pleased. They also did his clear bra.
Also, I'm glad to know we have a set of on board... Really "rounds" out the group. (sorry, couldn't resist...)

I'm not an owner yet, somewhat glad, somewhat upset. After seeing the tii concept from the Tokyo auto show I started wavering my discision..!

I actually sold my Corvette in hopes of ordering a 135i (loaded, minus nav), then more rumors came out about possible production of the concept. So I am up in arms and kinda sick-to-my-stomach that now, I don't have a summer car. I've even though about quickly leasing another Vette just for 12 months to tide me over...!

I bought my 04' BMW at Erhard and I know several of those guys there somewhat. Excellent dealership and great people.



Anyways, keep me in mind for meet & greets and hopefully BMW will release that monster soon!

I went to them but they only do the ceramic tint which has metals in it and not the new ones like F1 or Huper optik. They charge 250$ ( except the windshield ) which is very reasonable

had my tint done at shaders at 15 & gratiot. The 135 is the fifth car they have done for me.....always been very happy. and they have been in bussiness doing tint for 21 years.

I can +1 to Shaders as well. I've seen Clayton's car and it came out great and they've done some of the drive-thru windows on local fast food joints that always look great. :biggrin:
