turbo seals are leaking time for RB ( UPDATE PIC) LEAK

I am fbo cobb n54 60,000 miles and White smoke coming out from exahust . smelling like burnt oil found some oil on rear turbo so figured it's time to upgrade. just need some help guys

1. what tune makes the best hp with RB turbo?

2.how reliable are rb turbo + fbo

3. is there anything else I have to I have to in consider . do I have to upgrade my hpfp or lpfp?

What else do I need to know

1. That's really an opinion most go Protune using cobb or JB4.

2. They seem to be reliable, they have been around for years.

3. If you want to take advantage of the turbos and run high amounts of e85 an upgrade is a must.

4. at the time of install all new plugs coils and injectors(if old) will save alot of head aches

Yea i have changed all 6 coils and plugs about a year but never changed my injectors yet.
