You'll likely have to forgo HID & slick top for that money. Ask your self, do you really need HID? Do you live in city or country? Very few 128s came with HID. Slick tops I think only started in 2010. Good Luck. I looked thru Cars.com & found nothing that met your requirements. I think you'll want to concentrate on 6MT and sports pkg.

I was eyeing this car, but I don't think it'll happen. It may fit what you want. Let me know how it goes dealing with this dealer, they have a 135i Im considering too.
