1M Meisterschaft GT SUS Dyno Video/Photos
Hey guys! We thought we would post up some new photos of our BMW 1M exhaust, car, and a dyno run. Below you will find photos that show the quality, a video that shows the sound, and a dyno graph that shows the power. If you're attending the SEMA show next week in Las Vegas feel free to stop by and speak with our sales staff at the Nexen Tire booth and Rotora Brake booth if you have any questions or would like to see the product in person.
Weight info of: Meisterschaft GT SUS Rear Section- 26.2lbs Straight Midpipe- 20lbs Resonated Midpipe- 25.5lbs Weight info of: Meisterschaft GT TI Rear Section- 13lbs Straight Midpipe- 10lbs Resonated Midpipe- 12.5lbs Here's the stock weight for comparison: Weight info of: Stock (OE) BMW 1M Weight Rear Section- 26.5lbs Mid Section- 27.5lbs As you can see even our SUS units show a weight savings, with our TI units weighing significantly less then the OE unit. Average HP/TQ gains were +10-15 based on several independent (both our own shop car and customer owned system) dyno runs on a Mustang Dynamometer over the last couple months. The dyno graph below shows an increase throughout the entire power band VS at peak points only, resulting in better performance overall. It looks like the factory muffler and resonator go away and it gets a mid mount muffler only. It looks good. Does it leave all the cats in place for the 10 - 15 HP gain?

Nice looking and good sounding exhaust, but why so many welds? Can you do a mendrel bend without the weldings? Just curious.
