Battery/FRM module installation

So what started as a minor oil leak in 1 of my gaskets on my 1 series kinda led to the entire swap of my battery, alternator and now FRM module. So basically the leak sprayed on to the alternator and it died which was a quick swap because of how shallow it sits, but in the process I jumped it to get it home which fried the module and i think that might have helped with my battery being dead.Im hoping theres someone that can help with the best approach to the installation, coding and the correct steps for the process to be safe and successful. Thanks guys

How can jumping a car kill the FRM? This just happened to me so I have no clue.
