Sounds like a good deal, link for anyone interested: http://cpo.bmwusa.com/used/2013-BMW-...7875?zip=20910

Also like the sound of this but no pics yet... $15k for a 57k mile 2011 car.

Yeah, I went to look at this car last weekend as I'm in the market and it's local. It's nice, but it lacks what I personally consider some critical equipment. It has Base seats, base steering wheel, base wheels.
Who spends upper $40K on a 1 series with a bunch of nice upgrades (turbo motor, tech pkg, premium pkg etc) but neglects to get the sport / m-sport pkg?

I took it for a spin, then walked away.

A person could always add the Sport seats and the M steering wheel if they really liked the car. Not that hard to do.

That's how mine came. Not Msport but it has the sport seats & Msport steering wheel.

Perhaps my 135i is a bit of a rarity?

2011 135i, DCT, sport seats, Msport wheel, adaptive lights, HiFi sound (not base, not HK), Boston leather Alaska Grey leather & grey headliner and 264s.

Yours has the "Sport package," which came with the Sport seats and the M steering wheel, and the 264s. Both Sport and M Sport came with the Sport seats and M steering wheel. The M Sport came with the 261 style wheels.

Sure, one could swap out the seats, the and the steering wheel.
Then there's the ugly ass base wheels
The chrome trim needs to go.

Are the bumpers/side skirts different on the sport? I know they are on the 3 series.

That's got to be at least $3-5K or more. Makes it quite expensive.

I'll just be patient.

Bumpers and side skirts are the same on all 135s, unless a previous owner changed them.

And yeah, I'll bet a car just right for you will pop up eventually.

Keep your eyeballs peeled.

PS - I'm sure you could get the parts cheaper off a wrecked 1er.
