Long story short! As I can....


I set up a group buy here in small Omaha Nebraska. The first problem with a JBD got fixed in less than a week with shipping invoved and zero extra charges.
The second problem WASN'T there fault but these two stepped up and fixed the problem ASAP.

The problem in short. A second company on the board forgot to send a vaccum cap and clamp although they have a really cool check list with a bright red stamp It is even signed by a person who made sure all the parts were there and included in the shipping of the part.

Stuff happens which I understand but this company decided to send the missing parts (small) by UPS ground. Not next day or even two day. So now I cant use my car for a full week plus because of two small missing parts

Now I could have used duct tape but I have a BMW not a Hyundai plus I paid $550 dollars to have all of the parts in the first place. The company owner I believe gave me attitude and willnt pick up my calls.

In the end Mike and Terry stepped up to cover this companies ass which WASN'T there fault again and are shipping it next day too.
