Anyone else get a notification from BMW regarding potential failure of CV joints (parts not available yet)?

It is not just 1Ms, and it depends on the build date. I was told that my 1M is outside of the build date parameters for this particular recall.

Ugh - love that there are no parts avail for this as well.
Question - if the airbag has been fixed, can a dealer sell a used 1M with this recall on it? In other words, is the airbag the only recall that prevents a 1M from being sold by a BMW dealer?
