dude you definitely should wake up from your slumber
and stop dreaming

You raced for the first time, in a heavier car, with racing slicks, spinning in every gear and only having 350kw and ran mid 10s

Dream on and go back to sleep

Lol

We can all be dreamers can't we Marty. Remember just a few months ago you really believed you managed a 1.3 short time in a 135i and we tried to explain that it's not possible but we were the douche bags. I'm glad you've learnt a little more since then.

LoL.. I am awake to Happy Dyno figures dude. The car weighs 1420Kgs which is lighter then a 135i has only 353 rwkws which is just slightly above 500whp !!! Have you not calculated in drive train loss ?? That works out correct from a 700hp turbo which is rated at motor not wheels . 4 x 1000cc injectors maxed out on race fuel. I am happy to provide photos of time slip as well as car @ Drag strip :-)
I may be new here but can tell you been in the racing scene for to long to know what is real and what isn't with dyno figures. I would like to see you throw a set of drag slicks and go low 10s 👍

super super low reading dyno?

4x 1000cc injectors shouldn't max out to a bit over 600whp on E85, so more like 750-800+ on race gas :/

You misunderstood my post. It wasn't directed to you.

Marty had a timeslip showing a 1.3 sixty and he was told that it was not possible in a 135i but he refused to understand why his car wasn't capable of producing the same short time as a 1200hp AWD R35 GTR. He gets it now though.

First of all you said your car was heavier than ours, now you are saying it only weighs 1420kg

You really should do your research first and really know what you are talking about.

Please this is a bmw forum and quote your figures somewhere else and stop trolling in
someone else's thread.

I'm not trying to be mean here but you should get your facts straight first.

I'm not saying you haven't got a fast car but this is a 135i thread and not fastest jap
crap thread and mine is faster than yours or what ever car you have.

We are not interested (I'm safe to say I speak for most people on here)

Now if you have a 135i and want to talk about that we are happy to listen.

+1 ...not to mention 353 being 26.619hp short of 500

Still not sold on the times from Sydney, at least the 60ft anyway.

Can't link to the other site here, but anyway 3 of the recent 10 sec passes are:
AT 335i with VTT st 2 running 10.812. 1.849 60ft
AT 135i with RB evos running 10.937. 1.82 60ft
AT 335i with RBs running 10.949. 1.746 60ft

I'm not sold that you run anything more special in the tyre/suspension/flash department than these guys that would account for the >-0.3 difference.

You didn't turn slick over at 139 MPH on the 3rd to 4th gear change.

my times match up with the vbox so I can't see how its lying

Whats the bet they limit their first gears to stop wheel spin

I don't limit mine, I don't have traction issues

I ran 11.2@128.95 on a hot day no meth with a 1.69 sixty and the motor was heat soaked pushing 170f air intake temps

Imagine the air was cooler and denser, 10s aren't out of the question

What I was, trying to say is friends have gone quicker then 10.5 in Fg xr6 turbos then my car.
Enough of my Jap car lol. Not trolling.
Your car is very quick and full street trim. And has so much potential to go much faster with the power it has

Flinchy they are 1000cc only and that's 200Hp/injector of petrol based fuels. Then with a MicroTech ECU they'll only run at 80% which drops them down more. They are on like 99% maxed out. Race gas was C16 with an 11 heart range plug. No dyno was road tuned only, HP worked out from Mph/weight of car on Moroso speed calculator..
Now back to Martymils, 10sec goal

Xr6 turbos can be compared to bmw 135i

First it's a 4 litre making far more torque than our cars, their rear ends are built for straight line drags, our cars are built for handling

Xr6 turbos aren't that much heavier than our cars

Never seen a street trim xr6 turbo with only 350rwk run a 10, I race these cars at the creek all the time, haven't lost to one yet.

But this thread is not about that lets get back on topic and talk about bmw's
