Damn, would love the stats for my car. Can't be too many like it as it is a Canadian spec "M Sport Edition" which they only offered for about 6 months. Basically the same as a US 135is. Working at a busy dealer for a year now, and have only seen one other M Sport Edition.

ooo any pics? It comes with the same upgrades as the US 135is but without the badge?

It left the factory in Germany built exactly the same as the 135is, except the addition of black line taillights. In the US, the car got additional PPK, and PE plus the badges at port. The Canadian version was delivered without. So it came with the black mirrors, 313's, same interior trim and was able to get the same optional black leather with blue stitching and matching floor mats.

As delivered at the Welt.

When it got delivered here I added the PPK and PE myself.

I'd never call a 1 "rare", but I consider my 128 to be pretty special -
white convertible with 3 pedals and red leather. It's the only one i've ever seen, and I was looking for it for years (used market). Maybe they spec'd out thousands like that, but you'll never convince me it isn't special

I would like to see how many 6spd manual sport/M-sport 128is are in existence though. Can't be many. I check Cars.com and a few other sights once a month or so to watch the market, and usually 1-5 cars out of ~30 128i that CLAIM to be manual are (1) actually a manual, and (2) have the sport or M-sport package.

I think there are around 700 M sport 6MT 128i coupes. It was in the thread somewhere around the time I bought my E91 (which is 1 of 49 M sport 6MT RWD if anyone cares). Feel free to post the vin of my old 128i to research - VF46514. The M sport 6MT 128i's are uncommon but there usually are a couple for sale at any given time.

It may not be rare but Alpine White and Coral Red is an awesome color combo for the 1 series. Top it off with a manual transmission and yes, that's a pretty special car in my book. Oh yeah, and it's a vert too!

PS - not personally a fan of convertibles, but can appreciate that it adds to the uniqueness of the car, plus the fact that there are plenty of folks who love them.

I know mine is and they were made only for the 2013 model year (last year they were made)

have yet to see anyone else with one and no other 1er has the interior color that the limited edition has. along with the matching steering wheel.

I probably have one of the first ones. My 128i was on order when the M-Sport package was announced. I got it added just before the car went into production.
