Mass Motorist Assistance Centers (MACs) Appointment

Just moved to Boston from Chicago and after going to the MA state inspection, was told my car needs to be returned to stock and needs to go to a Motorist Assistance Center (MAC) for inspection.

Wondering if anyone's had experience with this and/or recommend any independent repair shops around the Boston area that would assist with this?

I have the Cobb Stage 2 power package installed on a 2011 135i
  • FMIC
  • Charge pipe
  • Axle-back exhaust
  • Cobb tune
From what I've read so far, seems like I'll need to go back to stock exhaust and stock tune.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
