Uhh... adaptive light problem
Hey, I'm pretty sure its only me and my bad luck but had anyone's adaptive light some working? Or its like stuck and the bulb wont turn on? That happened to the passenger side... This really sucks. Only had the car for a day....

Mine had the adaptive failure light on the dash once. While it was at the dealer for another matter, I had them look at it. They said they needed to order parts and will call me when they arrive.

so does it have anything to do with the fact that i changed the H8 bulb? I mean the halos show just the adaptive headlight doesn't work.

I just got my car this weekend also. My right side's light seems to work when I make right turns... I haven't really pay too much attention on left turns yet. But I remember reading some where saying adaptive headlight only works if you have the headlight switch set on auto. Gona check my manual when i get home.

It could be...Mine happened right after I changed my H8's and washed her so my guess is that I didn't get the cover back on, and water may have gotten in it.... just make sure the covers are on correctly and have your service dept take care of it

water with no covers = failed xenon ballast. (silver box on the bottom of the light) don't ask how this lesson is learned. or how much I hate paying 270 euro a ballast

i've done the same. you might need a whole headlight, depending on the extent of the damage. most of those parts aren't replaceable.
