Would front seats from a 2 series fit in a 1 series e82?

Just as the title states would they fit? Could they be coded? Thanks

They may fit physically but i'm not sure whether they would work electronically. Just because the Fxx chasis are quite different electronically.

You might be able to get manual seats and fit them and then remove the airbag systems (that are in the seats i think) via coding but that may be a bit dangerous...

It's kind of hard to say unless you try.

They will fit no problem. They'll also work electronically, provided you do coupe seats with coupes, and convertible seats with convertibles.

e92 seats will fit no problem and as long as you get lci/prelci according to your car you won't have to code it. Well and have all the same options you had before as well.

Won't fit/work. The tracks are different sizes, plus they are ugly/uncomfortable anyway.

They're the same. M4 seats share the same seat base so I think you could install M4 seats even.

It's just perforated leather. No ventilation.

Oh, these, you meant the convertible. They're neck warmers. They blow warm air.

M4 seats will physically fit, but they will hit the sun visor if you tilt them all the way forward. You would also need to get the SRS system to accept the newer style belt tensioners.
