For Sale: AFE Pro Dry S and BMS DCI
Had the System for about 7K miles in Socal. Have been experimenting with this, DCI, and Modified Airbox. ( Mister 5 airbox ). Im Trying to attarct less attention ( in case I get pulled over and asked to "pop teh hood" decided to go more "sleeper" and went back to modified stock airbox so this ( and the BMS DCI ) are for sale. The DCI I had four about 7K Also. AFE: $376 on their site, $250 and it's yours. ( Oil / blow / vacum and the filters will look like new again and again ) From AFE's Site: Cold Air Intake System Stage 2 BMW 335i- 07-10; 135i/535i- 08 L6-3.0L twin-turbo 54-1147 The Stage 2 cold air intake system produces 27 max horsepower, 34lbs. x ft. torque and out-flowed the factory intake by 98%. Includes a durable 16 gauge, powder-coated heat shield; this air intake system features a washable/reusable conical air filter. This intake system also features a heat-insulating molded plastic tube that replaces the stock intake tract and directs increased air flow with improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance. One-piece heat shield requires little or no assembly and the filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. BMS DCI: Love The sucking sound from these. Filters are a bit dirty ( have not re-cleaned / re-oiled) but you can bring them back to a clean lok with oiling / cvacuuming etc.. ). One of them had been rubbing against the BOV ( still intact and no hole but shows a little rubbing). New, BMS sells these for $139. Including shipping mine came out to a total of $155.50. I'm selling them for $50 ( considering they re used)l + shipping within CONUS. Thanks.
