The bottom section design is great, I quite like how this looks!

I would also incorporate the ability to have a hinged vertical section which clips into the factory rear seat hook-on points. That way it can be folded down just like the seats can via the levers in the boot should you want to have the half cage installed / carry long stuff....

Further to this I would also cover the fold-able section is a sound deadening material so that my ears don't bleed from the exhaust.

I thought about building something like mdorphins set up and removing the loops off my rear seats and doing something similar to what you describe. I won't retain the folding function though but it would easily and cleanly remove.

Old thread.
But we at 036 Motorsport has made an GTS/GT3 Clubsport solution on our shop car.

We are housed in Sweden.

Take a look.

Thanks!

Seats are genuine black leather and alcantara, orange stitching.
Unique seats, 7-800 dollars each depending on dollar/Swedish krona value.

We can sell the whole cage and panels finished with alcantara, 900 dollar.
Wiecher cage in alu. Panels in 1mm alu.
