Can someone confirm this ? If true, this is heresy ... BMW has been the pinacle of rear-wheel driving engineering.

Also, I spec on the BMWUSA site says top speed is electronicaly limited to 130 mph ? WTF ?? The car can do 155.

If both of the above is true, that is a game-changer for me.

No it's not, the M235i is rear-wheel drive.

Also the top speed is limited to 155 mph, are you sure you're looking at the right specs?

Although, with the e-diff, that is closer to reality than I feel comfortable.

Yeah def not front wheel drive, I've driven one, def rear wheel.

As per the lower top speed, I have seen it to be 130 on the US specs but it should be 155. Probably a mistake.

i dont think its rwd. i heard that it was left wheel drive as well. also only drifts in 6th gear.
