Halos not illuminating completely after changing bulb...

I changed out my H8s and now the drivers side is only illuminated the bottom half of the inner halo and barely any of the outer halo. I’ve tried re installing the bulb a couple of times but no luck. Is my headlight busted or am I just putting in the bulb wrong? The passenger side is fine.

Maybe swap the bulbs, see if it follows the bulb or stays?

Want to say not inserted right but after a few tries... Maybe it is. Or maybe something is broken / jammed.

i got a new bulb just incase but i was able to get it sorted out by installing it with the halos on so i could see when it was lined up right.

Nice. LOL in retrospect that seems like such an obvious thing to try.
