Throwing code 3792

Car has been running fine / no overheating.

I replaced the IBS + new battery, at around 160-190 my car will throw code 3792, and then the heat will kick in and temps will drop 10c roughly and run completely fine.

Is this is a alternator / voltage issue or a waterpump going bad issue? Car had the pump replaced 20k miles ago

have you done any troubleshooting?

bleed the cooling system?

double check wiring connection @ pump?

what brand of pump was installed? who installed it? when did the code start appearing?
