All weather flr mats VS Rubber flr mats?

Does anyone know what the difference is?

Im looking at the acccesories cataloge and it describes both as being all weather.

The only differences I can find is that the Rubber Floor Mats come only in black and have a different design and cost a few bucks more.

any insight?+ wheres the cheapest place to get them?
