Any 1/4 mile races happening this month?

I want to do a few 1/4 mile races before my lease ends, so i'm asking to see if you guys have nay info on races happening this month.

The only 1/4 mile racing in the LA area is at Fontana speedway...(considered a slow track, but oh well)

They have street legal drags essentially 1 time per month. Here is the 2011 schedule:

October 29 (Halloween Street Legal)

December 3

If you don't have a racing helmet, that's the first thing you need to get.

I think u can get one for around $150.

Tip for first timers that i learned; buy 2 racing tickets if you want to take a lot of runs but want to leave before it starts to warm up..
